Refund policy




Once you have made the payment you will receive an email confirming your purchase and your order number (if you have not received it, please check your spam folder). From this moment on we will start to prepare your order. The delivery time corresponds to the period of preparation of the order (i.e. the time it takes to leave our warehouse). The delivery time corresponds to the time it takes for the package to arrive at its destination, once it leaves our facilities. 

Our delivery time depends on the product, and this information is available in the description of each product on the website. Products with fast shipping (available in stock) have a preparation time of 1 to 2 working days. Other products are made to order and have a lead time of up to 10 working days. 

Once they leave our warehouse, the delivery time is 24-48h for Spain Peninsula and Portugal, from 2 to 5 working days for European countries. This information can be found in more detail below.

If any unforeseen circumstances arise and it takes longer, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you, in case you would like to cancel the order.

We do our best to deliver your order within the established delivery times, although we cannot be held responsible for delays due to reasons beyond ALF&mabi's control or force majeure. 

These times may be longer during sales, Black Friday, Christmas or the beginning of the season.



Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can check where it is. If at the time of delivery there is no one to pick up the package, you will receive an sms and a second attempt will be made in which the carrier will contact you via the telephone number indicated on the order. If in a second delivery attempt you have not been able to receive the shipment, it will remain in the agency of the transport company of destination for 15 days. Once this time has elapsed, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we will refund the purchase price minus 3,95€ for the shipping and return costs.



International orders will be shipped via UPS, Pilot or GLS.

If your shipment is addressed to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will send your package via the DDU (Duties and taxes upaid) Incoterm, which means that ALF&mabi is in charge of delivering it but we will not assume any possible customs charges or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will always be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the order (even if the order is refused). 

It is also possible that, for customs reasons, the order may be delayed.

Shipments to Islands:
For orders destined for any location considered an island outside Spain that belongs to a country, a supplement of 30€ must be added to the shipping cost. This supplement will be added to the shipping cost for the country of destination. If at the time of purchase the cost of the supplement is not automatically included in the shipping costs, the charge will be sent later by email to the customer so that he/she can pay the supplement. The order will only be processed after receipt of the payment for the surcharge has been confirmed.




Can I return my order?

Yes, you can make a complete or partial return within 30 calendar days from when you received your order, with the exception of:

  • Products made to order, such as murals (when a product is not eligible for return you will find this information in the item description)
  • Manipulated products, such as inflated balloons or deflated balloons but not in their original box and in perfect condition.
  • Open or unsealed wallpaper rolls in perfect condition.

How do I manage the return of my order?

You can comfortably manage the return of your order from our returns portal:

When you open the link, fill out the fields with the order reference (code made up of 6 digits that you can find in your order history within your Customer Area or in the confirmation email of the order) and the email address associated with your purchase.
Select the products you wish to return and please inform the reason for the return. That helps us improve :)
Next, choose how you want to receive the amount of your purchase: 

  • Get a bonus without expiration. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION WE WILL GIVE YOU €10 IN YOUR VOUCHER.
  • Receive the money by the same method with which you paid for your purchase. 

In both methods, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from both the coupon/voucher and the refund of the amount.




Can I change my order for another model or product?

Yes, you can manage the exchange from the same returns portal ( Follow the procedure indicated in the previous section and select the option to exchange for another product. Choose the new product you want and the shipping options for the product to be changed, following the instructions on the portal. The new product will be sent with free shipping as soon as receipt of the returned item is confirmed.

 How do I prepare the package?

Pack the items to be returned in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, create your own packaging.
Attach the copy of the invoice that arrived with your order. If you need to recover your invoice, you can do so from the order confirmation email by clicking on the “Download invoice” link.
Finally, seal it securely so that no items are lost along the way.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Once we receive your package in our Returns Department and we have verified that the product is in the appropriate conditions, you will receive your return:

- within 2 business days an email with your voucher without expiration so you can make a new purchase on the website.
- confirmation of the shipment of the new product within 2 business days, if you have chosen to exchange it for another product. (except if the new product chosen for exchange has a longer shipping time according to the item description on the website).
- within 7 to 10 business days the refund to your original payment method, if you have chosen refund as a payment method.

●  Do it Yourself: the customer sends the product on their own, using the transportation company of their choice. By selecting the “Do It Yourself” option among the shipping options, instructions will be sent by email, such as the shipping address and how to package the products so that we can correctly identify them when they arrive at our warehouse.



In cases where it is considered that the product does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you should contact us immediately at providing the product details as well as the damage suffered and if possible a photograph. Each order is thoroughly checked, so we will not accept claims for defective products when it is found that they have been used, manipulated or damaged.

We will proceed to examine the case and will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if it is necessary to return or replace the product (if applicable). 

ALF&mabi will determine the method of collection or shipment of the defective product, so that the customer does not have to incur any costs. We will not assume any shipping costs incurred by the customer without prior agreement with ALF&mabi.
In any case, the defective product must be collected from the customer's home and returned to our facilities for physical verification of the defect. Under no circumstances can a claim be made for a defective product that has been manipulated or installed (in the case of wallpaper). 

ALF&mabi is not responsible for possible damage to the product caused when installing them on the wall, as in the case of wallpapers. 


Orders shall be delivered to the address designated by the customer. Alf&mabi accepts no liability if delivery cannot be made as a result of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information. In the event that the delivery address is incorrect or is subsequently changed by the recipient, the cost of reshipment shall be borne by the customer. In the event that the order is refused by the recipient or the recipient is absent, ALF&mabi assumes no liability and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the value of the new shipment.
